|Recommended: YesI am so happy here. My apartment is beautiful, well maintained, peaceful. The location is phenomenal. My service request for a minor toilet leak was fixed immediately and was not easy. Victor, the serviceman, was excellent. — You can't beat the physical beauty of the grounds, the gorgeous trees, pool area, the floor plans. The clubhouse is so perfect, I'm renting it for an important party this week. Mr. Nagar and his management team are very polite and responsive and take very good care of the complex. . I am seeking to upgrade to a larger unit and plan to stay

|Recommended: YesExcellent experience with managers but community needs overhaul — Brian and Lauran were excellent managers. My only recommendation is that the community needs some overhauling. For example the exterior door is stained and some wood fixtures are falling apart.

|Recommended: YesFirst time in Barton's Mill — Very nice apartment, very well located near bus stops, grocery stores, emergency healthcare, restaurants and bars. The staff is very nice and helpful and so far I can not think in anything that I don't like about the complex.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely phenomenal living experience with thoughtful, considerate staff — I've lived at Barton's Mill Apartments for the past three years, and it has been a cozy, friendly, fantastic three years. I have truly appreciated the considerate office staff who know not only my name but the name of my dog, the on top of it maintenance staff, and the kind neighbors. I also think the location couldn't be better Tucked in the quiet nook of South Lamar, a short walk from the magic Valero with a huge wine and beer selection, Gourdoughs giant donuts, and Amy's Ice Cream The buildings are not the newest or fanciest but they make up for it in coziness. You will not regret living at Barton's Mill

|Recommended: NoOlder apartments in Zilker, not sure worth the price. — Noisy air conditioning in restroom. Spread of orange mildew on bathroom walls nearby mirror.
|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Great Staff — It's a fantastic place to live mostly young professionals young families. It's quiet at night. Easy 5 minute drive to downtown. Target and Wheatsville are a mile south, plus there's a shopping center right across the street from Target. Great staff any maintenance issues reconciled very quickly. Plenty of parking places. Safe neighborhood, rarely locked my door. If I hadn't moved in with my partner, I'd have stayed there in definitely. Highly recommend.
|Recommended: NoBarton's mill lacking — Do not except much help resolving a single late payment or maintenance request. Building outdated and falling apart.
I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, unless it's an error made by the office, late fees are required for all late payments. Work continues to address any building materials that require repair or replacement and we want all of our residents to be proud of their home address. - Brian
|Recommended: YesSinging praises — Brian and all the staff have been wonderful trying to get me into my new apartment as quickly as possible. So patient with me while I ask a million questions. They're attentive and Personable and they take great care and pride in the apartments. The maintenance staff is great as well, always super speedy when things need to be fixed and super friendly. You guys rock
|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for. Not the best community but not the worst. — I like the variety of my neighbors. It is pretty quiet in the nook I live in which is important to me. Location is my favorite part. Rent is going to increase unfortunately. Not sure it is worth the increase.

|Recommended: YesThe complex allows dogs, and is close to the city. — Nice staff, friendly neighbors, but the older buildings allow you to hear your neighbors' conversations.

|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home — The people involved in the apartment complex make one feel as though they are people not just an apartment number. They use your name and know which apartment you are living in. The maintenance staff is prompt and kind in their dealings with the residents. Really glad to be here. Bessie Hawley-Crissman
